For some reason Apple decided to pull the iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 3 shortly after it went live but that hasn’t stopped Engadget from playing around with it.
And would you look at that they discovered,a set of iPod controls and a screen orientation lock hiding out in the app switcher.
These controls are accessed by swiping to the far left, and it all does pretty much what you’d expect. ie. Change and pause music.
And why’s this good? Well for some reason the old ipod pop up controls are no where to be found so this must be the replacement.
Just to keep you updated on developments with the latest iPhone OS which will be launched with the next gen iPhone
