If you were one of the lucky ones who managed to place their pre-order for the iPhone 4 before all hell broke loose, with servers crashing as sites were over whelmed by the demand for the iPhone 4, I’m afraid you may have a security concern on your hands. And for those of you who have yet to place your pre-order, I’m afraid your time is up for the moment with AT&T at least.
AT&T has stopped accepting iPhone 4 pre-orders entirely, informing its customers that sales have been temporarily suspended. They give no reason, but a security breach has been reported as users credit card information and their address have been found showing up in the wrong online accounts.
Yesterday AT&T completely sold out on pre-orders for launch day, with the next date for new orders set at June 25th or later.
