A leaked document from Best Buy shows the number of iPhone 4′s ordered for stores, according to it we can make out that Best Buy has between 30 and 70 units on order for each store.
Another company memo has also been leaked which tells us that Best Buy is expecting “minimal inventory” and they aren’t even sure if they’ll be able to fulfill orders for those who pre-ordered. Those who did pre-order at Best Buy should expect a phone call to set up an appointment during the day to purchase your iPhone 4, but Best Buy won’t know if they can fulfill all pre-orders until they receive inventory numbers this week.
So it’s not looking good if you haven’t pre-ordered, and even if you have, your aren’t guarenteed it at this point unless your ordered through Apple or at&t, at the moment your best bet would be to line up earlier at an Apple store as they normally have some stock for walk in traffic. Best Buy on the other hand don’t look like they’ll have the stock for such means.
