Everything seems to be a bit of a mess with these pre-orders.
The white iPhone 4 wasn’t available anywhere for pre-order except at Best Buy with a delivery date of June 15th. However, customers who had pre-ordered the white iPhone 4 have since been told that there has been a delay in manufacturing and it wont be available.
And with the Black iPhone 4, several people are reporting that their orders have just been cancelled out of the blue. No explanation, just cancelled.
I ordered one 32GB for my line and my wife got a 16GB on the 15th. Both from Apple. Both were successful with order acknowledgments and temporary holds on the card. Today the 16GB order shows cancelled. No email, no call, nothing, just a cancellation on the order status page.
