Going along with Apple’s scheme of free bumpers and other approved third party cases, it seems Best Buy are now offering free Invisible shields for unhappy iPhone 4 customers.
What’s more it’s for any iPhone 4 owner, apparently you don’t even have had to purchase your iPhone 4 in Best Buy at all!
Now the Invisible Shield only covers the antenna portion of the iPhone 4, and doesn’t do much to protect your device, but it does provide a solution to the antenna issue.
Even better is Best Buy will even install the shield for you, free of charge. Normally these Invisible Shields cost $9.99, but my guess is Best Buy are doing this as a loss leader, to get you into the store in the hopes that you buy some other accessories.
