A couple of weeks ago reports came in that suggested AT&T could possible be restricting upload speeds on the iPhone 4 so as not to crash it’s network. Thankfully this turned out to be wrong, and instead it was an issue with some Alcatel Software bug and AT&T said they would get onto it.
