The latest iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 4 came out today and along with it came some more information as to what we can expect to find in the next gen iPhone.
Yup, if we go along the lines of this screenshot above, it seems iPhone OS 4.0 will finally enable AT&T tethering, or at least it appears so.
This has been along time coming and people have been shouting at Apple and AT&T to get this option available, [...]

At Apple’s recent press event they announced iPhone OS 4.0 which brought some much needed feature to the iPhone operating system like multitasking,folders and iBooks. While Apple were almost certainly planning on launching the iPhone 4G running this new OS, they may well have to back pedal and revert back to iPhone OS 3.1.3

Only yesterday Apple told invited us all to the iPhone OS 4.0 event to give us a ” sneak peek of the next generation of iPhone OS software”. Of course it set of a flurry of excitement and anticipation on the web as to what Apple could be up to with people throwing out all sorts of crazy things like the next gen iPhone being announced to a new iPad model.

Ok, I know I want it, you know you want it, and Steve Jobs even knows he wants it, so why haven’t we got it? Yes, yet again we are talking about multi tasking on the iPhone. Apple seem to be avoiding it like the plague but everyone is shouting and screaming for it.
