While the rest of the world has a choice when it comes to choosing a carriers for the iPhone 4, unlike the US who are stuck with AT&T, now Canada, France and the UK all have the option to buy the iPhone 4 factory unlocked as well, to use with any carrier they wish.

Well the UK really seem to be getting the best of everything here. Not too long ago Vodafone, O2 and Orange all announced the iPhone 4 would be coming to their network, now 3 and T-Mobile UK have been added to that list to bring a total of 6 carriers for the UK Consumer to choose from.

AT&T announced that they would waiver the early termination fee for contracts ending this year so users could upgrade to the iPhone 4 at no extra cost.
